It records video of what you select — either a single tab, browser window, or your entire screen. If you select a single tab to record, that's all it can see.

Nope! The extension makes no network requests and it has the minimum permissions it needs. It can only record your screen when you grant it permission to do so and your browser facilitates this — the prompt to share your screen and select a window is created by your browser. You have to grant access each time the extension wants to record.
Nope! The recordings are saved to the Downloads folder on your computer. That's it.
If you'd like to upload these recordings and share them, you certainly may use a third party to do so. We don't store or host your recordings at all so you're completely in control of what gets shared and how.
